I've long been in two minds as to whether to laugh or cry about how
Russian-heritage people are treated here and now you've convinced me I ought to laugh! :)
America seems more advanced than Britain in terms of accepting ethnic diversity within it's national identity. Unlike you, every time I've said to people" But I'm British because I do this and this" people have either given me dirty looks or just outright said " You can't be British, you're Russian". 0_o.
